As a young puppy, Pogo was diagnosed with puppy strangles, a rare, non-contagious autoimmune skin condition. Thanks to veterinary treatment and lots of TLC, he has recovered beautifully and is now healthy, happy, and ready for his next adventure.

Pogo is the kind of dog who seems to make friends wherever he goes. He gets along beautifully with other dogs and has also been around cats, horses, and cattle. His calm, adaptable nature means he takes new experiences in his stride and is happy to be part of whatever’s happening.

Like any young dog, Pogo enjoys getting out and exploring, playing with his canine mates, and learning new things. He’s at that wonderful age where the world is exciting, and every day is another opportunity to discover something new. With continued guidance and positive training, he’s going to grow into an incredible companion.
